William "Bill" Ramer, of Elton, died Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his home. He was 72 years old. He was born on December 1, 1942 in Antigo, a son of the late Clyde and Ethel (Bebeau) Ramer. He married Elaine "Nollie" Allen on June 2, 1962 at Antigo.
