William "Bill" Hitter, age 77 of Rhinelander, died Friday, September 11, 2009, at his home. He was born on September 4, 1932, in Argonne, Wisconsin to Harry and Margaret (Hill) Hitter. Bill graduated from Crandon High School and continued his education at the UW-Madison.
