Wilhelm "Bill" Hurkmans Sr., age 89, of Rhinelander died Friday, January 12, 2007, at Taylor Park Nursing Home. He was born on December 26, 1917, in Northland, Michigan to John and Delia Hurkmans. Bill worked on the family farm as a boy and then was employed as a truck driver.
