Victoria "Vicki" M. Winquist, age 94 of Rhinelander, died Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Friendly Village Nursing Home. She was born on February 16, 1917, in Rhinelander to Joseph and Minerva (Trotier) Vanney. Following her schooling, Vicki was a school teacher for a short time.
