Ursula Herta Rauer, age 85, of Rhinelander, found peace in the Lord's arms on Friday, July 31, 2015, at home, as was her wish. Many knew her simply as Oma. She was born on August 16th, 1929 in Kiel, Germany to Max and Olga (Warschow) Paetzel.
