Thomas F. Vink, age 71, of Tomahawk, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016, surrounded by his family at home under hospice care. Tom was born April 24, 1944, in Cicero, IL, to the late Thomas and Mildred (Zdarsky) Vink. He grew up in Chicago and later Cicero.
