Russell 'Todd' McEldowney, age 85 of Rhinelander, died on May 26, 2013 in Rhinelander. Todd was born August 18, 1927, to Hallie and James McEldowney in West Salem, Wisconsin. Todd graduated from West Salem High School, entered the United States Navy, and served on Midway Island.
