Ruby Jean (Mayo) Dibbs passed away peacefully June 11, 2019 at Diane's Home in the Northwoods, at the age of 88. Ruby was a resident of Eagle River most of her life. She was the daughter of Henry Mayo and Ethel (Punches) Mayo.
