Roy Kemp Sr., of White Lake, died Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 57 years old. He was born on December 8, 1961, in Japan, a son of Walter and Daisy (Byers) Kemp. Roy was raised in Avon, Illinois and moved to White Lake in 1987.
