Ronald R Oechsner of Conover, WI died at his home on North Twin Lake on Thursday, August 16, 2013 at age 76. He was born in LeRoy, WI. He grew up hunting and fishing at the Horicon Marsh with his Dad and Brother, Jerry. Ronn was drafted to the Army in 1959 and served in Alaska.
