Ronald E. Small passed away December 7, 2025 at Howard Young Medical Center following a long struggle with lung diseases. He was born on April 23, 1935 in La Crosse, WI to Roger and Myrtle (née Snyder) Small. Ron retired from the US Army after 21 years of service.
