Rick Strobel, age 67, of Phelps, WI passed away August 31, 2024 in Tomahawk. He was a dedicated craftsman who spent most of his life building and remodeling homes all over Wisconsin. He enjoyed working with his hands, fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
