Richard Alan "Digger" Winquist, age 74, of Rhinelander, died at the St. Mary's Hospital on September 18, 2015. Dick was born on June 14, 1941 in Rhinelander to George and Clarice(Fell)Winquist. He attended schools here graduating from the Rhinelander High School in 1959.
