Reverend Omer Kelley, of Antigo, died Friday August 13, 2021, at Rosalia Gardens under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. He was 99 years old. He was born on July 13, 1922, in Madison, a son of Earl and Mae (Trost) Kelley. At the time of his birth he was named Earl C. Kelley, Jr.
