Raymond Gerald Towne, age 71, of Nokomis, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at Friendly Village Nursing Home. He was born on June 16, 1936, in Starks to Clayton and Esther (Hatcher) Towne. Ray was employed at the Rhinelander Paper Company for over 30 years until retiring in 1998.
