Nellie Spengler, age 104 of Rhinelander, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Taylor Park. She was born on March 17, 1908, in Rhinelander to Albert and Margaret (Skubal) Briggs. Nellie was raised in Rhinelander and attended schools here. She moved to Milwaukee in 1945.
