Louis E. DeGrant, 82 of Elcho passed away Wednesday April 15, 2009 at St. Mary Hospital ICU in Rhinelander, surrounded by his family. Lou was born in Detroit, MI and raised in the St. Vincent DePaul Orphanage in Detroit, MI. Louis was a Merchant Marine for several years.
