Larry Mortimer, 79, of Eagle River, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021. Larry was born April 29, 1942, in Elgin, IL to Richard and Thelma Mortimer. After graduating from Crystal Lake High School he enlisted and served in the United States Air Force.
