Kay L. Kruger, age 83 of Rhinelander, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010. He was born on July 9, 1926, in Antigo, Wisconsin to Lewis and Edith (Jolitz) Kruger. Kay graduated from Rhinelander High School in 1944 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific.
