James Counter, age 79, of Rhinelander, died on May 30, 2019 at the Country Terrace here in Rhinelander. He was born on February 7, 1940 in Rhinelander to Cletus and Jean (Leonard) Counter. James graduated from the Rhinelander High School in 1958 and later from UW Stevens Point.
