Harry "Bud" Holte Hicks, age 86, passed to eternal life on Sept. 11, 2019. He was born on April 9, 1933 in Sauk City, WI, the son of Alma L. Holte and Harry Clyde Hicks. Bud graduated from Madison East High in 1951 and the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1955.
