Gerald "Jerry" Oechsner, age 72, of Conover, WI, died peacefully at home on Monday April 22, 2013. He was born on August 16, 1940 in LeRoy, WI to Roman and Margaret Oechsner. Jerry was a construction laborer and retired from MPS as a roofer in 2000 to North Twin Lake.
