Frederick R. Moore of Phelps passed away on September 16, 2021, the last of the 4 Moore brothers. He was born on October 17, 1937, in Antigo, WI, to Dr. George and Jessie Moore. Fred graduated from Antigo High School. Shortly thereafter he enlisted in the US Navy.
