Elton V. Ray, age 89, of Harshaw went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the Northern Lights Nursing Home in Washburn, Wisconsin. He was born in Putnam County, Graysville, Missouri on May 30, 1924, the fifth child of Parker and Carrie (Stewart) Ray.
