Duane M. Heikkinen Sr, a 21 year resident of Phelps died November 30, 2023 at Aspirus Eagle River Hospital at the age of 76. He was born February 10, 1947 in Beloit, WI. Duane graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1965. After high school, he was drafted into the US Army.
