Duane "Charlie" Rine of Gloucester, Mass, formerly of Bryant died Tuesday Sept. 14, 2010 in a diving accident off the Massachusetts coast. He was 51 years old. He was born in Antigo on Jan. 13, 1959 to the late Louis and Verna (Menting) Rine.
