Arthur R. (Art) Scheskie Sr., of Conover, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012 at Dianne's Home In the Northwoods care center in Eagle River. He was 87. He was born on April 1, 1925 in Highland Park, Ill. At the onset of World War II he left school to join the U.S.
