Allan Gerold “Punk” Ray, age 75, a lifelong resident of the Northwood’s, died Saturday, August 13, 2016 at his home. He was born May 19, 1941 to parents Alfred and Eleanor Ray. He was born and raised in Phelps, WI. Allan was a local area building contractor for most of his life.
