Progress continues on Franklin Lake walleye spawning reef project
The process of developing a walleye spawning reef in Franklin Lake in Forest County is one step closer to completion, as the Franklin Lake Improvement Association says the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will be holding a public hearing on the project in August.
